REAL ESTATE SERVICES
We provide a wide range of photography services tailored to the needs of residential listings. Our focus is on bringing out the best of each home, by producing quality media content to help showcase the property for potential buyers. We are happy to work with both agents and private sellers on their photography needs.
Quality Visuals:
Photos play a key role in the decision-making process of potential buys and can generate more leads and showings for your home. We use professional-grade equipment to capture high resolution images of your property quickly and efficiency. The experience of the person behind the camera matters just as much as the camera itself, and is key in our approach to producing quality visual content.
Video / Drone / Virtual Tours:
Adding supplementary media content is a great way to elevate your listing in a competitive market. Add an iGuide virtual tour to give buyers the opportunity to explore a property from the comfort of their home. Highlight the great location of your property and key nearby neighbourhood attractions with drone footage. Add a walkthrough video or social media reel to showcase key features.
Property Media Webpage:
Our standard listing package includes a property media webpage that neatly packages all of the media content for a property (photos, video, virtual tour, location map). The media page can also be linked to a standard MLS listing, providing potential buys with access to higher-resolution content compared to what is displayed in a regular listing.
Preparation is key:
The key to a successful listing shoot is making sure the property is ready for photos. Our pre-shoot checklist has great tips that property owners can use to make the property look it’s best on photo day.

FAQ - COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
1. What is your typical service area?
We service the Ottawa area including Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Stittsville as well as Hull, Gatineau and Aylmer. We are happy to take on work beyond the Ottawa area, although some travel fees may apply.
2. What is the cost of commercial real estate photography?
The rates for real estate photography vary based on the size of the property and the type of content required (photo / virtual tour / drone etc.). The cost for the most popular listing packages generally range between $200 and $450. We can provide a complete price list once we know a bit more about your specific listing.
3. What type of photography services do you recommend for a typical listing?
A set of listing photos is a good starting point for all properties. An iGuide virtual tour is a great value-added product for most properties, since it provides both a virtual tour, a set of floor plans, and complete room measurements. Drone photos / videos are important for properties with a great location and help highlight nearby amenities (parks, schools, shopping, transit etc.). Video reels are a good option for those looking to market their listing on social media. Regardless of the property type, we are happy to go over the options and help you decide what works best for your listing.
4. What do I need to do to prepare the property for the shoot?
Making sure a property is tidy and ready for photos is key to achieving good results. We provide our clients with a checklist of practical and easy to follow tips for making sure their property looks it's best ahead of photo day.
5. How long does a typical commercial real estate shoot take?
Most shoots can be completed in around 1-2 hours on location. More complex shoots involving large properties and a combination of drone / video / virtual tours can take up to 4-6 hours on location.
6. What is the standard turnaround time for real estate services?
The typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days for most photos-only shoots. For larger properties or shoots involving virtual tours and drone / video, typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
7. What happens if it rains / snows on the day of the shoot?
Most real estate shoots can proceed in light to moderate rain / snow, since these do not generally affect the quality of the interior photos. For exterior photos, gloomy skies can be corrected in post production and replaced with bright, vibrant skies. We check the forecast on the day before the shoot - if heavy rain / snow is forecasted and we feel it will impact the quality of the photos, we will reach out to reschedule the shoot.
7. Our company is about to start retrofitting a property and we would like to document the work. Can you help?
Yes! We have a number of standard packages that can help capture the progress of renovation work for commercial properties. Some of the projects we've document before include full interior renovations of office buildings, parking lot reconstructions, and exterior cladding renovations. We can provide photo and video content to document the main stages of the work, including pre / post construction, as well as highlight videos to showcase the full project from start to finish.
