Floor Plans & Measurements:
Accurately identifying the layout and dimensions of a home is an important step for each MLS listings. We provide accurate and efficient floor plan and room measurement services, standard with most virtual tour packages.
Drone Photography & Video:
Capturing an aerial view of a property is an excellent way to showcase listings where location is the key selling feature. From waterfront homes, to centrally-located properties with lots of nearby amenities, an aerial view can provide a more complete picture for potential buyers.

Photography Packages:
We offer a range of listing packages based on the size of a home. Choose from standard HDR photos, or more refined flash photography to truly make your listing stand out. Other options include twilight photos, virtual staging and same-day delivery. Photos are delivered via an online download link and are typically ready with one business day.
Virtual Tours:
Virtual tours are a powerful tool to showcase your listing online. They offer an immersive experience, allowing viewers to walk through the space from the comfort of their home. Floor Plans & Measurements:
Our virtual tours come standard with complete floor plans and room measurements. We also offer standalone options for those looking for measurements and floor plans only without a virtual tour. Measurements can be completed on site within 45 minutes for most properties.
Drone Photography & Video:
We use an ultra-light drone model that can operate safely in compliance with Transport Canada regulations. We have up to date liability insurance coverage for drone operations across Canada and are experienced drone operators.

01. What is your typical service area?
We service the Ottawa area including Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Stittsville, Kemptville, Hull, Gatineau and Aylmer. We are happy to take on work beyond the Ottawa area, although some travel fees may apply.
02. What is the cost of real estate photography?
The rates for real estate photography vary based on the size of the property and the type of content required (photo / virtual tour / drone etc.). The cost for the most popular listing packages generally range between $185 and $425. We can provide a complete price list once we know a bit more about your specific listing.
03. What type of photography services do you recommend for a typical listing?
A set of listing photos is a good starting point for all properties. An iGuide virtual tour is a great value-added product for most properties, since it provides both a virtual tour, a set of floor plans, and complete room measurements. Drone photos / videos are important for properties with a great location and help highlight nearby amenities (parks, schools, shopping, transit etc.). Video reels are a good option for those looking to market their listing on social media. Regardless of the property type, we are happy to go over the options and help you decide what works best for your listing.
04. What do I need to do to prepare the property for the shoot?
Making sure a property is tidy and ready for photos is key to achieving good results. We provide our clients with a checklist of practical and easy to follow tips for making sure their property looks it's best ahead of photo day.
05. How long does a typical real estate shoot take?
Most shoots can be completed in around 1-2 hours on location. More complex shoots involving large properties and a combination of drone / video / virtual tours can take up to 4-6 hours on location.
06. What is the standard turnaround time for real estate services?
The typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days for most photos-only shoots. For larger properties or shoots involving virtual tours and drone / video, typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
07. What happens if it rains / snows on the day of the shoot?
Most real estate shoots can proceed in light to moderate rain / snow, since these do not generally affect the quality of the interior photos. For exterior photos, gloomy skies can be corrected in post production and replaced with bright, vibrant skies. We check the forecast on the day before the shoot - if heavy rain / snow is forecasted and we feel it will impact the quality of the photos, we will reach out to reschedule the shoot.
