Photography Packages:
The starting point for most commercial listings is a set of quality interior & exterior photos. They showcase the main selling features of a property, help drive more interest , and can ultimately translate into more showings and less time on the market.
Drone Photography & Video:
Large industrial properties can be difficult to capture through ground photos alone. Adding aerial photos to industrial listings is an excellent way to showcase their layout and size. Aerial footage is also great for highlighting the location and nearby amenities of office listings.
Virtual Tours:
A virtual tour can help supplement standard photos by providing a more interactive experience. Potential tenants can walk through the property, view floor plans and photos, all in one convenient package. Tours can be shared directly via a web link or embedded into an online listing brochure or website.
Floor Plans & Measurements:
Floor plans and interior measurements may not be readily-available for some properties. We use a LIDAR-based measurement system to accurately and efficiently collect interior measurements and deliver ready-to use floor plans. This is also a good option for initial planning of interior renovations / fit-ups.
Photography Packages:
We offer a range of listing packages based on the size of the property. Choose from standard HDR photos, or add flash photography and twilight photos to truly make your listing stand out. Photos are delivered via an online download link and are typically ready within one business day.
Drone Photography & Video:
We use an ultra-light drone model that can operate safely in compliance with Transport Canada regulations. We have up to date liability insurance coverage for drone operations across Canada and are experienced drone operators.
Virtual Tours:
Virtual tours are a powerful tool to showcase your listing online. They come with built-in interactive floor plans, and can be a great option for showcasing more complex office spaces, where the layout can be difficult to convey through photos alone. Our virtual tours are created using the iGuide system, developed locally in Canada. Feel free to explore the key features and the sample tour below!
Floor Plans & Measurements:
Most virtual tours come standard with complete floor plans and interior measurements. We also offer standalone options for those looking for measurements and floor plans only without a virtual tour. Measurements are collected using a 360 degree laser scanner than can capture complex spaces accurately and efficiently.
