Design & Construction
We offer a number of photography packages for capturing interior and exterior spaces. With options for smaller interior renovations and fit-ups, to more comprehensive options for capturing larger projects such as high-rise residential developments or large commercial / industrial office projects.
Floor Plan Measurements
Understanding the layout of a building is a crucial step for any interior design assignment. We offer a LIDAR-powered floor plan measurement service that can map out interior spaces accurately and efficiently. Floor plans can also be delivered in CAD to help streamline the pre-design process.
Virtual Tours
Virtual tours are an interactive, engaging, and versatile tool to explore a space. They can be used during design as an easily-accessible visual inventory of existing conditions, helping reduce the need and cost of site visits. They can also be used to showcase a completed project and provide a virtual walkthrough of a space.
Commercial Real Estate
We offer a complete set of services to support commercial listings. From photos, to virtual tours, floor plans and drone footage – we can provide quality media content for your listings. We can also capture post fit-up footage to help you showcase recently renovated and leased units.
Aerial Photography
Drone photography and video can be a great way to covey the size of large commercial listings, and for highlighting the location and nearby amenities of the property. Drone progress shoots can be a good tool for visually document progress of work for active construction projects. An aerial shoot can be done at the end of the project to showcase the completed work.
